A chapel on the cliffs above a dark sea.

The venue

A room that has
forgotten the year.

The Anchor sits on a headland at the northern edge of Alcis, somewhere between the last cliff and the first wave. It is a deconsecrated stone hall, kept warm by hundreds of candles and the collective composure of the people who come here to stand very still in beautiful clothes.

It is not a nightclub. There is no dance-floor lighting, no MC, no confetti cannon. There is instead a slow hour of music, the sea at the door, and the kind of company that does not need to fill a silence.

Wear black. Wear velvet. Wear the veil you keep in a drawer. Come as the version of yourself that only walks on cobblestones.
